PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE

Qualification Standards

To maintain the integrity of our model and qualify for a total refund, the following professional standards must be met:

• Verified Negative Returns: Your documented betting history must show an overall net loss during the period.
• The Power of Large Numbers: You must have executed at least 500 unique value bets identified through the EV Kings model. This volume is required to move past short-term variance and properly evaluate the performance of the strategy.
• System Integrity: All wagers must be logged and settled within the integrated EV Kings Bet Tracker at the time of placement. Bets that are added after the event has started, backdated entries, or manually modified results may invalidate eligibility for the guarantee.
• Maturity Period: A minimum of 30 days must have elapsed from the start of your billing cycle to allow the strategy to take effect.
• Submission Window: You must submit your refund request within 10 days following the completion of your initial 30-day period.

Terms & Limitations

This guarantee is designed to protect new members during their initial phase and applies exclusively to your first subscription cycle, whether monthly or annual. The refund is strictly limited to the cost of the EV Kings software subscription. It does not cover:

• individual betting losses
• bankroll fluctuations
• bookmaker restrictions or limitations
• external fees or transaction costs.

This guarantee is effective for all new memberships activated on or after March 1st, 2026.

Claiming Your Refund

If you have followed the math but the results haven’t followed you, reach out to our support department. Our team will audit your tracked bets and account activity to verify that the required volume and eligibility conditions have been satisfied before issuing your full refund.

The Company reserves the right to audit all submitted betting records to verify compliance with the qualification standards. Any evidence of manipulation, incomplete tracking, backdated entries, edited bet records, or misuse of the EV Kings Bet Tracker may result in the rejection of the refund request.
